Concept of urban redevelopment in Moscow

The new development emphasizes the historical planning structure of the ensemble of former factory buildings and "opens" the territory to business, visitors and residents. The demolition of inefficient structures on the embankment will promote the creation of view corridors towards the Moscow River. Getting a unique and attractive public image will be reached through the reconstruction of the structures along the riverbank and accommodation of shopping arcades going into the inland of the plot.

iGate

Following the design of the decorative lighting the architectural concept was developed in which the main theme is the arch, a historic building element which extends through the world and in particular the turkish history of architecture. A complex steel structure was proposed as the tunnel access, not just an entrance portal. The architecture of this access, in a symbolic and functional sense consists of 80 interlocking arches, with different radii and inclination placed in series, whose each developed length reaches 30m with the supports span of 20m.

Puli Garden

A revolution from the beginning of designing a garden with self-sufficient ecology. To consider the factors, such as the site, environment, climate, hydrology, soil, and more in order to analyze them logically and holistically. The campus landscape and literature ambiance is one and the only in Taiwan. The landscape design is Taiwanese style, from inside to outside, it’s same thing like education or educating someone.

Ming-Der Girls' Senior High School

Getting a stay in the dual-pavilions which located in the campus corner, there is a green fence with a large tree. This fence can set apart from the noisy outside street, and hide the background of towering buildings. This landscape is made by the style of "the garden of Ming dynasty" which is constructed by the materials of gray granophyre with red bricks. The graceful configuration can explicitly demonstrate the academic atmosphere in this scholar garden.

NYC 2050

Sea-level rise is a major concern for most coastal cities around the world. Thirty percent of Lower Manhattan is expected to sink below sea level by 2050 while also becoming more vulnerable to storm surges. This masterplan aims to use the flood as a tool to transform the city, redefine the future urban life, and manipulate the city's edge once again as one embraces the imminent threat. In this vision for a future city, the problem becomes the instrument in which changes are implemented; a new territory is created; a new New York is brought to life.

Oasis

Garden surrounding the historic willa in the city center. Long and narrow plot with height differences of 7m. Area was divided into 3 levels. The lowest front garden combine the requirements of the conservator and the modern garden. Second level: Recreation garden with two gazebos - on the roof of an underground pool and garage. Third level: Woodland children garden. The project aimed to divert attention from the noise of the city and turning toward nature. This is why garden has some interesting water features such as water stairs and the water wall.
