Punta Piedra

Punta Piedra is a waterfront masterplan development in the city of Carmelo, Uruguay. This is a human scale micro city, 100% ecologically oriented, based on a 15 minutes city concept premise. Its oval shape has been conceived as an elliptical boulevard called the Gran Via, which runs through the entire enterprise from the forest inland into the Rio de la Plata waters. Located all along it you can find residences, offices, commercial and cultural areas, nurseries, schools, the yacht club, promenade, parks and beaches to give it functionality and public-spirited presence 24/7.

River Cloud

It is a design case for a spatial installation representing the Cloud theme. As the installation is designed for long-term outdoor use, the designer used 50000 frames of different sizes, and hard materials to represent the curves of the clouds. Meanwhile, 15,000 CNC light sources are used to control the color and brightness, so that the device at night presents a dynamic effect of light and shadow flow. The installation is located on a hilltop by the river and has wide visibility, so it has become a famous landmark, which has helped greatly in the publicity and promotion of the project.

The whole design is warm and stylish, close to nature, reflecting the elegant and free and easy life. Lighting design is to create a sixth space that makes people relax and happy. Through the selection of light source, control system, the selection of color temperature and the distribution of illumination, more space can meet the mind of people to relax. Use light to emphasize the characteristics of interior design, express the sense of spatial hierarchy and create visual focus.

Longking Pro Environmental Campus

The splendid garden is located on former farmland in a pristine valley in the mountains, north of Longyan City in China. Natural springs and the overflow of the mountain reservoir flow through the center of the mega industrial campus. The customer Longking specializes in industrial environmental protection equipment and research. To create this romantic and colorful landscaping the team used environmental technologies developed in-house. The landscape is a new form of recreation and serves as a showcase for people to better understand the underlying natural processes upon which are depended.

The integration reorganizes the resources, reforms the surrounding environment and improves the quality of public facilities with the cultural and pedestrian-friendly urban corridor, which enriches the cultural development of the city centre.

The design team has taken care to preserve the historical heritage of the city, maintain local characteristics, and imbue the industrial relic with new functions and values.
