Walking on the shore trail left with traces of the previous sugar factory railway, people can feel the historical atmosphere where the scenery of the circular trail surrounding the lake fascinatingly resembles a ring on lake telling everyone the history of the sugar factory. From the tour to Taichyu Factory of Teikoku Seitou K.K., people see not only the charm of vitality, also the complete history.

Heito 1909

Buildings and lands have been constantly removing and rebuild in this era, every project is a bit of “Tabula Rasa”. Transformation of Heito 1909 is a rare project of adaptive reuse, instead of being obsessed with iconic buildings, everything in the park is designed inside out as the extension of the ruins. The unique design creatively incorporates the ruins and damaged structures into the urban facilities for citizens to experience. Significantly, the park provides a place for people to engage in quality natural environments within a metropolitan city.

Fibonacci Spiral

The design inspiration comes from the Fibonacci Spiral, a combination of order and elegance to the natural beauty of life as the intelligent medicine to the realm of life science. The site is surrounded by rivers that separate it into several islands with the most appealing "Dynamic island" in the center. Spiral sequences break the monotonous central-radial structure and connect all the islands through boulevards. The islands diversify the types of waterfront space and create free, formal, and casual public spaces.

Lixian Future Community of Quzhou

Lixian community takes cosmopolitism as the design theme to explore an ideal community. This project attempts to construct a platform above the traditional transportation level, function as various garden landscapes. All community groups would be arranged in rhythmic orderings of low density, small block and abundant landscape to create a pleasant spatial scale. gad creates a neighborhood center and complete TOD system that connects all the nodes and they are important parts to structure a whole Lixian future community.

As China's first uninhabited island to be developed into an integrated tourism destination, Sanjiao aims to set innovative and pioneering standards for the sustainable development of maritime tourism resources. The Zhonghai Tianyu Garden is located in the newly developed town center in the Hunnan District of Shenyang, China, about one kilometer away from the Shenyang Municipal Center and convenient to local transportation. It has been designed to integrate with the housing nearby, and provide more generous spaces for social, fitness, entertaining and other activities, as well as connect the clubhouse and terrace with the public lawns and water features.
