The Zhonghai Tianyu Garden is located in the newly developed town center in the Hunnan District of Shenyang, China, about one kilometer away from the Shenyang Municipal Center and convenient to local transportation. It has been designed to integrate with the housing nearby, and provide more generous spaces for social, fitness, entertaining and other activities, as well as connect the clubhouse and terrace with the public lawns and water features.
Continue readingUtilization of the open rooftop space made it possible to enhance the kindergarten's edutainment needs without sacrificing the preservation of the historic courtyard buildings and trees. The rubberized playground surface material cloaks the entire roof in varying hues of earth tones and provides a safe and comfortable surface on which the children can run, jump, fall, laugh, crawl and climb. The rich colors were derived from the vibrant pallet of colors that wrap the eves of the ancient Chinese buildings, further referencing the connection between the old and new.

Transformation of Heito 1909 is a rare project of adaptive reuse, instead of being obsessed with iconic buildings, everything in the park is designed inside out as the extension of the ruins. The unique design creatively incorporates the ruins and damaged structures into the urban facilities for citizens to experience. Significantly, the park provides a place for people to engage in quality natural environments within a metropolitan city.
Continue readingThe project adopts the layout and form of the Summer Palace to set a magnificent tone, and meanwhile adsorbs the distinctive liveliness of Jiangnan gardens. The overall layout draws on the dignified form of Summer Palace, while the details refer to delicate Jiangnan gardens. In this way, the design integrates the quintessence of gardens in north and south China and truly creates various scenes in every garden, which offers changing landscapes to the moving visitors. The project presents different views in each garden, combines landscape and functionality.

Art sculptures light up the communal atmosphere. The experience of the integration of tradition and modernity, is shuttle in nature, a journey chasing the light.
Continue readingThe project is located at the west of Suo River Park in Zhengzhou. The origin of Chinese ancient Poetry, consisting of enrich abundant ecological wet park. The landscape principle is to create beyond fantasy and romance landscape while echoes ancient romance of poetry traditional style. The journey begins with an initiatory of journey of woods exploration, followed by Bamboo plank road, terrazzo scenery wall, mirror installation. The rope platform, which inspires children to perceive more outdoor activities, creates an extraordinary environment for children to experience and explore nature.
