Paving uses silica sand and ceramic permeable bricks, which allow water to pass through and reduce noise. Vegetation and a filter layer purify the collected rainwater for waterfalls, mist systems, irrigation and road washing. The sponge facilities store 2547.84 cubic meters of water. The terraced field layout creates slopes and depressions that guide slow drainage.
